ISSUE

This company wanted to assess its brand perception as an employer with WOC and the BIPOC community.

SOLUTION

We partnered to create a low-touch, low-lift strategy at the university level to curate programming and content bringing the employer brand to campuses, and engaged our existing WOC Worldwide community for events where recruiters were present and available to discuss career opportunities and the company culture. We also launched and email campaign highlighting available roles.

RESULTS

We engaged a total of 36 candidates over a 5 month period. 20% were extended full time offers. Our marketing campaign drove an open rate +36.6% (1,500 bps above industry standard).
